Contstruction Management
Under the Construction Management project delivery method, Investcom Construction acts as your representative, overseeing the entire construction process. Acting as an extension of your staff, we prepare and competitively tender packages to subcontractors and then manage the construction phase. This approach allows INVESTCOM Construction to engage with the owner early in the planning and design phase, facilitating accelerated project delivery and ensuring greater cost certainty.
Construction Management offers flexibility in contract types and fee structures, including guaranteed maximum price, percentage fee and fixed price. Using our expertise in construction costs, schedules and market trends, our team works to ensure your project stays on budget while adding significant value.
General Contracting
As a General Contractor, Investcom Construction takes responsibility for the supervision and construction of new projects, as well as the maintenance, repair and restoration of existing structures for commercial and government clients. Our role is to ensure that the architectural/engineering firm's vision is realised exactly as designed.
Investcom Construction acts as the overall project supervisor, ensuring that subcontractors in a variety of trades such as plumbing, heating and air conditioning, painting, roofing and more, deliver their services to the agreed terms, on time and within budget. When acting as General Contractor, Investcom Construction submits a construction services proposal upon 100% completion of the design drawings.

Design and Build Projects
In a design-build project, a single entity provides both architectural/engineering design and construction services. This delivery method is best suited for projects with accelerated schedules and is known to reduce bidding time and identify potential construction issues earlier. To maximize scheduling opportunities, we recommend that owners entering into a design-build contract have a well-defined scope and approach before selecting their design-build team.
Our team will perform an in-depth review of all project requirements as well as understand other project motivators, such as an expedited project schedule. Fast-tracking allows Investcom Construction to begin construction prior to final design completion, which shortens the overall construction schedule without sacrificing quality.
